Change the User name to your and use your HawkID password. eg: Enter your HawkID password in the Password field. Or from the start menu, open Control Panel | View by Large icons | Mail | Show Profiles | Add If you have a personal account previously configured, select File | Info | Account Settings | Account Settings | New.
